How to work in a different medium
Peeling back the curtain on how I developed my new series, The Trust Shift, which launches today on BBC Radio 4!
Dear Rethinkers,
This is a short and sweet newsletter to tell you about a new radio series I've been working on with BBC Radio 4 that launches today. It's called The Trust Shift, and it's about the intriguing history of trust. I loved making this series, exploring all the ways trust has changed and shaped the dynamics of our lives, whether that's how we bank or buy goods, vote, learn, travel, date, and, importantly, find and consume information.
Each episode is only 15 minutes long, so it's easy to squeeze into a lunch break or a short (very short!) walk. You can listen for free on BBC Sounds.
The Trust Shift is my first attempt at writing and hosting a scripted factual radio show. It's very different from a conversational podcast. So how do you write for radio?
Read on to learn more about the creative process, with a step-by-step guide to how I developed the radio series The Trust Shift.
