Dear Rethinkers,
It’s been a month of contrasts—creative highs alongside the curveballs of life. Some beautiful projects are taking shape, and I’ve felt a real spark. But just as I was nearing the end of marathon training, a back spasm (from lifting, not running—of course!) forced me to slow down.
In that pause, I’ve been noticing the quieter threads: the rhythm of nature, the way memories resurface, and how true thoughtfulness takes time, care, and presence.
Lately, I’ve been wondering how we stay focused, engaged—even joyful—in a world that feels upside-down.
This month’s curation gathers tools, objects, places and conversations that speak to those reflections. As always, these aren’t affiliate links—just things I’ve genuinely loved. I’d love to hear what’s caught your attention too.
Note: Due to the nature of this week’s post, it might get cut off in your email, so don’t forget to expand it!
TOOLS
Minutiae is the anti-Instagram: no filters, no followers—just a daily glimpse into the overlooked “in-between moments” of life. Designed by photographer Martin Adolfsson and neuroscientist Daniel J. Martin, it rewires our attention toward the quiet beauty of the mundane. A gentle push against curated self-branding. Have a play here: Minutiae app

I have finally found the perfect Week Planner by Lechtturm! It is helping create a shift in how I approach time, encouraging me to reflect and prioritize my schedule with intention.
WORDS
I love

, which explores how powerful storytelling stems from identity—specifically, the beliefs we hold about ourselves, others and the world.Curious to see what else is on my pinboard this month?
